Extreme Rusted Industrial Pendant Lights These Extreme industrial pendants were recovered from the former Eastern Bloc These heavy duty pendants are manufactured from cast steel and have been finished with our unique "Rusted" finish whichenhances the cast makers marks and provides a wonderful warm surface patina whilst the prismatic glass gives off a wonderful soft light Our unique "Rusted" finish is applied to select lights, usually of cast iron and steel construction and is used to soften the imposing industrial nature of the lights and offer a warm surface patina The process has several stages which start by stripping back to the base metal and the final finish is protected by an extreme protective lacquer The base metal is protected during the process and doesn't suffer the usual detrimental effects of the oxidisation process.
