Montsable Reserve Pinot Noir
Abruzzo, Italy

The inspiration here was to create a wine with abundant tannin, structure and complexity, with a light subtle oak influence but without the price tag of a wine from Burgundy. You could say this is Burgundy inspired pinot Noir without the pricetag and it has an earthy ironstone character. The palate is firm, with deep tannins and a gritty texture. There is more weight and richness than the regular bottling and the result is incredibly pleasant!

Primitivo di Manduria, Mand Uris

This dark ruby redPrimitivo di Manduriafrom Apulia delights the nose with its spicy aroma of red fruits, tobacco and coffee. TheMand Urishas a powerful and fruity taste with hints of black cherries, licorice, black pepper and dark berry aromas. It is barrique-aged Primitivo and it isvery round and complex, with plenty of fruit aroma and a long finish. ThisDi Camillo Rossois a sustainable, ready-to-drink Italian red wine from Puglia that goes well with grilled meat and hearty dishes.

Ribera del Duero, Alegra, Crianza

Ribera del Duero is a complex land and harsh climate with unique conditions that produce, at high altitude, grapes of exceptional quality. Mild leather aromas blend with blackberry notes to form a structured wine with a hint of spiciness. It finishes with mostly ripe berry, tobacco, oak and vanilla flavour. This is delicious and is made by three sisters working together in the vineyard. However, ana just had a baby at the start of 2025, so perhaps just two sisters for the moment!

Heaphy Estate Sauvignon Blanc
Nelson, New Zealand

Decanter Gold Medal 2024. 95 Points Decanter Magazine. New to WineOnline.ie in 2024, we import this directly and the quality is exceptional here. The flavours of Sauvignon blanc from Nelson are slightly more lifted and green than next door in Marlborough. Essentially the wine is more balanced, with less apparent acidity and less of the Green apple effect when you take a sip. The result is a really harmonious and balanced wine with delicious flavours of lemon zest and red apple. There is a lovely texture too which adds to the mouthfeel and the finish is wonderfully fresh.

La Mirona Xarello Blanc

Sandra and Javier work the lands in the hills above Barcelona where they have been crowned an Elabrador Integrale producer. This is the highest certification once can receive here and it is awarded to those who craft their wines meticulously, own their own vineyards, pick by hand and bottle at the estate themselves. Their flagship white wine has deliberately had 4 years of bottle age and it has a yeasty freshness to it It is textured and fresh, creamy and wonderful. It is best enjoyed with food ideally barbequed spatchcock chicken with lemons and thyme and what better way to enjoy any glass of wine! This one is pretty special

Poderj Rhanis Pinot Grigio

Not all Pinot Grigio is created equal and we love this for spring when the evenings are longer and we need a delicious glass of well crafted but uncomplex white wine. White peach notes, slight citrus tinge and a hint of pear. An element of perfume and light spice round off what is a light, easy-sipping white, while you may also experience additional flavours of honeysuckle, green apple or even grapefruit.
